“There are Financial Professionals, so called “experts” and some that actually call themselves gurus... and then there is Jamie Lima. Jamie conducts himself with the utmost dignity, authenticity and integrity that I’ve never looked anywhere else for all my money management and financial planning. He has put my mind at peace because he is a human being first, and he actually cares, this is not a transaction to him, he believes in transforming lives. His impact has been felt by everyone that comes in contact with him and works with him because he follows this one single code of philosophy: Serve the client diligently, go above and beyond and always tell the truth. It gives me great pleasure, pride, and honor to recommend his services and his abilities to anyone smart enough and lucky enough to meet him. ”

What nonverbal cues can you use to create an engaging video conference environment?
One thing I've found helpful is to have a standing desk. It tends to make you look more engaged and involved in the conversation over sitting. It's not only a healthier way to get through your day, but also allows you to use hand gestures and body language like you would normally do in a face-to-face meeting.

How do you adapt your communication and feedback styles to different cognitive preferences and strengths?
For example, people can be visual, auditory, or tactile learners. By adapting your communication style to their preferences, it'll often improve how your message is received. On the other hand, if one were to communicate visually with an auditory learner, for example, the message may not be received as well and can often cause problems.
