📖My Story:
As a child, I was fascinated by talent and its journey. Growing older (wiser?), I discovered that my proudest achievements started from areas of initial struggle. This passion for igniting individual, team, and organizational brilliance drives my career, which began as a Learning & Development Manager at AstraZeneca. Frustrated with poor ROI from traditional training, I sought a better way and became a customer of Exemplary Performance. I acquired it a decade later.

This work included a Rapid Role Analysis performed on their top performing Dispatchers and culminated with a national curriculum recommendation for this role that streamlined Commercial Operations best practices & standards across the company's 16 Regional Hubs & improved performance indicators & operational efficiency (e.g., number on-time appointments, and customer satisfaction).

This initiative earned a 2016 Bronze Brandon Hall Learning Excellence Award in the “Best Unique Sales Training Program” Category.

      * Served as Performance Consultant to Staples, one of the world’s top three internet retailers and a trusted source of office solutions, whose aim was to redesign their US Sales Training New Hire Curriculum. Responsibilities included site visits, interviews of top-performing Managers, Sales Associates, and Print/Copy Technicians, customer satisfaction data analysis and interview synthesis in order to develop a Sales Associate Role Excellence Profile (REP) that served as the design point for the new learning curriculum.
