With a great set of tools and frameworks and stories and principles from the EOS methodology, they have brought another incredible resource to the world for entrepreneurial businesses. ✨🙌🏼 The craft of writing a book — especially one that is founded in being of service — takes time, heart, blood, sweat, tears, grace, grit, love, ugh, and so much in between all of these things - and these three pulled this together with such grace. Anyone leading a business or a team (or a life!) knows that without our people, we’re going nowhere: People make a culture, people make your customer relationships, people make your results, people make your bottom line, people are everything. Everything. Whether we realize it or not, we are building culture in every day, every moment, every interaction… Anyone can build culture. Building an INTENTIONAL culture is where the leadership is, and the magic happens. On a more personal note, I had the heartful privilege of being asked to write the Foreword and to be a contributor in the areas of building an intentional culture and the IEP (Intentional Energetic Presence® and intentions, energy, and presence!) necessary to do so. Last week I had the opportunity to spend more time with the people of EOS leading an IEP Session for their entire workforce. What I can say is this: They walk their talk when it comes to caring about people and building an intentional culture. Big time. This book is worth your time to read.
