Because it says a lot about your leadership, to accommodate and allow ideas growth. I’m extremely HAPPY to lead on the first mini-Neurodiversity campaign in Schneider Electric NEAL Cluster, and I believe one of a few in these markets. In collaboration with Shezlong, we made a move to flip the switch on stigma and "Discover the Value of Neurodiversity in the Workplace!" This shows Schneider Electric commitment to embracing all forms of diversity, including Neurodiversity, which is essential not only for individual well-being but also for driving innovation and making a tangible impact on the world. Gen Z calls it Work Rizz. Do you have it? Yesterday, a coworker told me I had "Work Rizz," which caught me off guard and made me chuckle. I hadn't heard of the term before, so naturally, I had to look it up. Turns out, "work rizz" is a playful way of saying someone has charisma or charm in the workplace. Remembering birthdays, bringing in treats, and asking people how their day is going, are a few examples. Fast forward to today, and I stumbled upon an article from the Wall Street Journal discussing this very topic! It was fascinating to read about how workplace charisma is becoming a valued trait, helping people to connect better with their colleagues and even advance in their careers. It's funny how a casual comment from a coworker can lead to a deeper understanding of something that plays a crucial role in our professional lives.
