I love it when people feel successful. That's it, the whole mission in a nutshell.
I build solutions that help BDRs and AEs hit quota sooner so they stay in sales, & leadership programs that help folks stop being reps and start being managers. I build happy teams, powerful online experiences, learning cultures, engaging workshops, and solutions to help people fall in love with sales and look forward to coming to work.
Also, every year I help at least fifty women get promoted. (Woo hoo!)
I'm most proud when I get notes from past students who share their success stories, or texts from #GirlsClubbers who have found and helped each other somehow. There's usually a fun picture and story about making some $$$.
You don't stay around this long without racking up some awards, and the ones I'm happiest to share are for our training curriculum (10x winner) and for my keynote speaking as that's my favorite way to sweat through a nice shirt for 30 minutes.
I've trained and spoken in over 30 countries and so far my favorite beers are 1664 in Paris and Tiger in Singapore. I'm a horrible water skiier, a competent yogi, and an exhausted working mom of two hilarious and sweet Irish-twin boys. You should hear them make outbound calls during school fundraising season (also their allowance has chore-chart bonus multipliers and a 2x OTE - #SalesMom). Finally, don't show me a picture of your rescue animal or I'll bring it home.
