Printing and Distributing Flyers vs Instagram Ad I've seen it everywhere, from the bus stop, train station, malls, my mailbox and my door: flyers advertising someone's business. Do you think it's cost effective to print and distribute flyers? I've just run an Instagram ad recently. It costs me S$10.88 for 1194 users (some users view it several times, so its impression is 1480 times). The cost per each impression is S$0.0074. Let's compare it with a flyer: S$880 for 10000 flyers. Assuming that each flyer will be viewed by 1 person, that's 10000 impressions at S$880, or S$0.088 per each impression. If you do any speaking and podcast guesting You'll frequently get asked, "Do you know a great guest for ____?" Plug the leaders at your target accounts. I keep a running list of: Past customers Current customers In-pipeline opportunities Closed lost Target accounts And friends that I plug whenever I'm asked. It does 3 things. 1) Reminds these accounts that you're thinking about them and care. 2) Builds a positive association with you for being a giving person. 3) Gives you a clear reason to reach out to the account. So if you do any speaking or podcast guesting Start making a list of people you can plug. When you lead with value People generally reciprocate.

Email marketing tip #19 If mobile makes up 60%+ of your opens... Design for mobile first. Oftentimes, you'll design your emails on a desktop. So it's easy to forget your customers will read on mobile. Big mistake. If your database prefers mobile. Take note and make their experience seamless. Optimizing for mobile first is a small shift. But, can make a huge impact. Test it.

If you’re a changemaker or visionary brand, I’ve got good news and bad news. Bad news first 📛 Your marketing content has to lift a lot heavier than the average personal brand. It requires more time and energy, and your sales pages will need to be longer.
