“I’ve been working with Keith for over a decade as coach with our executive team on leadership, strategy and growth. Our company has also used Keith for feedback (SWOT sessions) with our own internal A-players as well as contractors. This has proved to be essential to our growth and development as an operationally excellent organization! I have always appreciated Keith’s style and his awareness of when to intervene in a situation and when to let the team play it out. He has a very thoughtful approach and I would highly recommend him as an executive coach.”

What do you do if your team disagrees on the best business strategy in the Creator Economy?
Absolutely debate it passionately with respect amongst the team, so that everyone is heard and brings experience, facts and evidence for their perspective...then sit back and allow the combination of the "common voice" and "leadership with accountability" guide the way forward. As Jim Collins and Pat Lencioni have taught us, everyone being heard is vital for the best decisions, and then everyone can "Disagree and Commit" to the course forward...knowing that corrections will be necessary to succeed in the long run.

What's the best coaching leadership style for your coachee?
In developing a leader, I feel it's important to think in terms of OUTCOME, FRAMEWORK and STYLE. The Outcome is the end result we are looking to achieve in their leadership development; the Framework is the specific agreed upon (proven) process we will embrace together in their development (e.g. Level 5 Leadership (Jim Collins), 7 Habits Leadership (Stephen Covey), The Leadership Challenges (Kouzes and Posner); and the Style is the approach based on the Coachee's best "learning - change" style (e.g. Directive, Facilitative, etc. above). To the extent, as leadership coaches, we ensure these three elements are clear, we can be catalysts of enjoyable, sustainable, and rapid development in our Coachees.
