🚀 U.S. Space Force Opens Lane for Emerging Space Launch Providers in $5.6B Program The U.S. Space Force officially opened bidding on October 30 for emerging launch providers aiming to support national security missions through the National Security Space Launch (NSSL) Phase 3 Lane 1 program. Designed as an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract valued at $5.6 billion over five years, this program is a strategic move to diversify providers and encourage competition among firms like SpaceX, Blue Origin, and United Launch Alliance (ULA). In this newly introduced “on-ramp” model, emerging companies can qualify and compete for specific national security launches when they meet readiness milestones. For example, providers in this bidding cycle must be prepared for launch by December 2025, with proposal submissions due by December 13, 2024, and the first awards anticipated by Spring 2025. This approach offers the Space Force flexibility in assigning contracts while fostering ongoing competition. SpaceX recently secured the first task orders under Lane 1, worth $733.5 million, solidifying its lead in the competition. But other players are emerging: Rocket Lab, with its Neutron launch vehicle, is advancing rapidly and is expected to complete its first flight by mid-2025. Another potential contender, Relativity Space, may enter the fray a bit later, as its new vehicle is expected to be operational in 2026. According to Col. Douglas Pentecost, deputy program executive officer for Assured Access to Space, “Emerging launch service providers are able to on-ramp each year to the NSSL Phase 3 Lane 1 contract when their launch systems are ready.” This move supports the Space Force’s goal to maintain a robust and varied launch provider ecosystem, crucial for securing reliable access to space for national security missions. It's 75 year AFOSI program to discount any credible data, testimony and concealment of material proof of the existence of NHI and UAP is thriving. Despite credible and urgent testimony provided to the DOD IG, IC IG and Congressional intelligence committees by David Grusch and 40 other whistleblowers with first hand evidence of an illegal SAP crash retreaval program and apparent murders, no apparent evidence has been advanced publicly that the government is investigating any of these disturbing revelations to date. Why? Certain bureaucrats in the federal government and military industrial complex have become blatant political prostitutes, bought and paid for by the allure of ill-gotten gains of power and wealth, seduced to the dark side by the allure of privately funded corporate ill gotten gains, greed and lust for power. Here's another example of Democrats creating an environment supporting election fraud, this time from Arizona -- Democrat Gov Hobbs pushes back on counties who refuse to certify votes due to fraud by threatening them with jail time or with throwing out their votes to allow state results to be certified! Democrats threatened them with lawsuits, forcing them to certify under duress. Wanting to stop that from happening again in 2024, Corrupt Secretary of State Adrian Fontes added a new provision to the Election Procedure Manual, mandating the certification of statewide results by tossing out the votes from counties that withheld certification. The Rule: If the official canvass of any county has not been received by this deadline, the Secretary of State must proceed with the state canvass without including the votes of the missing county This ruling is a GAME CHANGER because it empowers counties to halt the certification process if fraud occurs in November. Bravo to Judge Liburdi. This is so big. It means they can't shove another fraud down our throats without investigation. No certification without integrity.

During a three-week effort, Future Vertical Cross Functional Team (FVLCFT) partnered with U.S. Army DEVCOM C5ISR Center, U.S. Army DEVCOM Aviation & Missile Center and the U.S. Army Redstone Test Center (RTC) at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida to advance Launched Effects (LE) behaviors and characteristics for the #warfighter. FVL completed Phase 3 of the advanced networking waveform characterization during the experimentation. The team collected data on multiple radios and waveforms during multi-ship flights at extended operational ranges against both contested and uncontested environments. Data gathered will be used to inform future aviation modernization; and to validate, modeling and simulation efforts. The intent was to learn about the trade space of long-range air to air; and air to ground communications. The emphasis is increased range and endurance for future LEs combined with a low probability of detection, and a low probability of jamming from perceived threats. LE surrogates successfully demonstrated teaming behaviors, characteristics, and attributes against both contested and uncontested conditions as they negotiated the test area. [ULA's New Vulcan Centaur Rocket Launches On 2nd Test Flight] United Launch Alliance's (ULA) powerful new Vulcan Centaur rocket is two for two. Vulcan Centaur, the successor to ULA's workhorse Atlas V, launched today (Oct. 4) at 7:25 a.m. EDT (1125 GMT) after a series of holds from Florida's Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, kicking off a key test flight called Cert-2. ULA declared the flight a success, apparently keeping the new rocket on track to be certified for use on national security missions — a box that could be checked in the coming weeks, after ULA and the U.S. Space Force have had a chance to review data from the flight. That mission, called Cert-1, was a success, delivering the private Peregrine lunar lander to a highly elliptical moon-intercepting orbit as planned. Peregrine didn't make it to the lunar surface, however; it suffered a propellant leak shortly after separating from the rocket's Centaur V upper stage and was guided back to Earth before getting destroyed in our atmosphere. Cert-2 was supposed to be the first-ever flight of Dream Chaser, a robotic space plane built by the Colorado company Sierra Space. But the private vehicle wasn't ready in time for liftoff, so ULA changed course, putting an inert "mass simulator" and a set of the company's own rocket-monitoring instruments on the Vulcan Centaur instead of a customer payload. ULA will analyze the Cert-2 flight data, then hand that information over to Space Force officials who will perform their own examination, Bruno said. Certification could follow relatively soon after. The company hopes to launch two national security missions, known as USSF-106 and USSF-87, with Vulcan Centaur before the end of the year. And, if all goes according to plan, the new rocket will be a big part of a busy 2025 for ULA. The company aims to launch 20 missions next year, Bruno said, half of them with Vulcan Centaur and half with the still-active Atlas V. One of those Vulcan Centaur flights will likely loft the space plane that was originally supposed to fly today. A voice of reason in the post-election political cacophony, Joe Manchin!! In his interview on Fox News ( https://lnkd.in/gffzVjZk ), he advocated that political leaders must prioritize policies with broad appeal. As Joe Manchin alluded to in his interview, politicians get back to political basics of representing, serving, and protecting their constituents. Start with baby-steps to build trust and then tackle the more controversial issues in time. It would be a win for everyone to build trust by enacting laws that have a broad appeal to Americans, especially those who voted for Harris or the lesser of two evils. Americans win when politicians work together to solve problems instead of polarizing issues to divide Americans. Republican politicians win be showing Americans how government can enact legislation with political negotiations and compromises. Democratic politicians will win if they remember to represent, serve, and protect greater than 70% of their constituents, instead of their political party, base, and wealthy donors. I hope that Americans will unite, do independent research, critically think for themselves, actively listen when engaged in uncomfortable conversations, and become politically active by calling or writing to office of their member of Congress.

Tax Relief bill likely dead without support of pro-Business Republican Senators The Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee stated (see below) that, without the support of those Republican Senators, the Tax Relief bill that passed the House overwhelmingly will not pass the Senate this year. Many of those Senators silently support the bill but do not wish to oppose Republican leadership, particularly Sen. Mike Crapo, who opposes the Tax Relief bill. https://lnkd.in/ec2XzJgM Sen. Crapo’s stated objection relates to a provision of the Tax Relief bill he believes is overly generous to poor families. He says this will cause many of them to abandon their low-income jobs and to gain a small, one-time tax credit of a few thousand dollars. Even experts from conservative organizations like the Tax Foundation, Americans for Tax Reform and the American Enterprise Institute do not agree. The Chairman has offered to eliminate this provision, yet Sen. Crapo still opposes the bill. Without 10 to 15 Republican Senators’ votes, he will succeed defeating a bill that virtually every major Business organization has lobbied long and hard to pass. This includes the Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Manufacturers, Business Roundtable, Aerospace Industries Association, National Defense  Industrial Association, Small Business Technology Council and countless others. Only 1/3 of Republican Senators are needed to vote for the bill or it it will die this year. That’s because it needs 60 votes to pass and almost all Democrats support it. The White House has said it will sign the bill. Yet, without hearing from the US businesses and citizens in their State like you, very few of those Senators have so far committed to vote in favor of their Constituents over their Party. Your voice can help, however. Hearing from many constituents like you can embolden them to vote for what many already know know is right. Fully agree with Pete Modigliani and Matt MacGregor in their analysis of winners and losers in the House Appropriations Committee's FY25 Defense Appropriations Bill. Pay raises for service members are great, but prioritizing aircraft (many which are already delayed) over missiles is a poor signal to industry. "Yet at a time when our aircraft, ships, and munitions inventories are at historic lows, while the CCP churn out massive quantities of new systems, this is the worst time to cut procurement budgets. This does not enable production at scale. This does not incentivize new entrants into the industrial base to compete for production contracts." The message from the Democrats about the 2024 presidential election isn't that they aren't cheating. It is that they are so good at cheating that voting for Republicans is a waste of time so don't bother to vote. If you actually draw the right conclusion from Democrats it is if you are a Republican " We don't care how many of you vote. We have an unlimited number of blank ballots that we can harvest to counter your vote. So, just give up and don't make us cheat more than we have to." This is just a variation on the famous quote from JFK about his father's advice to him. Remarks of Senator John F. Kennedy at the Gridiron Club, Washington, D.C. in 1958 "I have just received the following wire from my generous daddy: "Dear Jack – Don’t buy a single vote more than necessary – I’ll be damned if I am going to pay for a landslide." That was the "old days" when spreading money around in Chicago managed to get the Chicago machine to deliver the crucial state of Illinois to JFK in 1960. But, this kind of personal palm greasing is no long necessary in the computer era when universal mail-in ballots can just be churned out in whatever number is needed to put the Democrat over the top. But, you see this is a baseless accusation "wink wink." The Democrat Party is too devoted to democracy to use chicanery to win the presidency. Even though they have said that if they lose it could be the last free and fair election in the country's history. That if Trump wins he will be a dictator. And, lastly that Trump is Hitler. Even though the Democrats say that all this is true. Don't assume that they would stoop to cheat, wink wink.
