I’m on a mission: to recruit 50 FMPhA STATE LEADERS IN 50 DAYS! 🚀 Today is Day 1 and our first state is…. ALABAMA! I got this crazy idea while sitting at the Global Leadership Summit this month & one of the speakers talked about how he started 20 new church small groups in 20 days. As soon as he said it, I heard a voice in my own heart say: “It’s time: 50 state chapters in 50 days.” You see, I’ve had a vision for FMPhA State Chapters since the very beginning of the membership in 2020. I spent a ton of effort setting up the chapter forums in our website. If you build it, they will come right?! Wrong. 😣 Since we didn’t have hundreds of members in every state, the forums never really got utilized. I got pretty discouraged and just put it on the back burner for “someday” & I started focusing on building the Functional Medicine Pharmacists Bootcamp instead. That ended up being the right move. ✅ We had over 150+ pharmacists go through Bootcamp last year, and I was able to generate enough revenue to keep FMPhA afloat, replace my own pharmacist salary, and leave my 9-5 to do this full time when I got the boot from my employer on 8/25/23… almost one year ago this week! 🎉 But… then I burnt myself out trying to coach that many pharmacists all on my own and answer SO many questions about state specific details that were beyond my own abilities. So I took a step back this year to reevaluate my strategy. I took time off social media too. In the process, I discovered something important: I need help. I need trusted partners. I can’t lead this movement alone. I can’t teach the Bootcamp alone. I can’t lead 50 state chapters alone. I’ve had several amazing pharmacists offer to volunteer and support FMPhA over the years, and I turned it down. I was too scared. I didn’t feel like I would know what to do with the support or how to best delegate. But now I know. It’s crystal clear. As I was reading “Everything is Figureoutable” by Marie Forleo on the plane today, & I had to journal: What I’m willing to do to launch these state chapters is…” POST EVERY DAY FOR 50 DAYS! 📲 Ask my network for help identifying the top functional pharmacists in every state to step up & be part of the very first cohort of the Functional Medicine Pharmacist Bootcamp: “Train the Trainer” edition. 👩‍🏫 More details on the curriculum coming soon, but this will be the ultimate leadership immersion, as I teach my own unique approach to functional medicine by understanding body, mind, heart, & soul. We’ll also dive into finance, legal, scope of practice, business program design, marketing, scaling, & so much more. We’ll start the cohort as soon as we’ve recruited the full 50. Every person’s I AM Presence has been empowered to use this Light to ignite, in new ways, the 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Structures that are forming within our Earthly Bodies. This is greatly accelerating the Divine Alchemy taking place in our physical, etheric, mental and emotional bodies. Every person’s I AM Presence is assimilating the very highest frequencies of this Solar Light that we can withstand at a cellular level. This is a necessary process in order for us to be ready to accomplish the Mission at hand by August 2024. NEBUCHADNEZZAR'S IMAGE OF GOLD. Daniel 3: 14-18 KJV "14 Nebuchadnezzar spake and said unto them, Is it true, O Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, do not ye serve my gods, nor worship the golden image which I have set up? 16 Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter. 17 If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king. 18 But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up." Today, King Nebuchadnezzar's image of gold is still standing, and everyone is still fallen to worship it across the globe. Only the fearless trio will dare to worship. So much persuasion, intimation, influence, pleasure, indulgence, allurement, from friends, colleagues. society. global audience, online and offline, to join, to participate, to worship. The tall image of gold may not be physical image: 1. Could be bribery everyone else may do. 2. Could be pornography everyone else may indulge in. 3. Could be money, everyone bows and falls for it by all illegitimate means. 4. Could be alcohol every can bend for. 5. Could be extramarital affairs, many see nothing wrong in it. It is even decorated with nice words like side chicks. 6. Could be looting of national or corporate pulse since everyone sees nothing is wrong with it- the assumption of everyone else does it permeates our society. 7. Could be some illicit dresses, drugs, music, languages, habits, styles, slangs, etc that everyone takes pleasure in. 8. Could be globally adorned and supported practices contrary to divine ordinances. 9. Could be the invite of the flesh, self and convenient sin that is calling one to bow and submit. 10. Could be some very respected personalities like parents, children, spouses, employers, benefactors, etc who entice with sinful invite, practices, culture (western or primitive), difficult to resist. 11. Could be denial of rights and privileges to soil one into sinful adventure. 12. God of power, influence, fame, everyone wants by all means. God needs the fearless Three Hebrews, to withstand furious King, damming whatever consequences intend to mete and say: "We are not careful to answer you on this matter, O King; we will not submit to the idol of the flesh or self or human or image, of physical or mental, of materials or resources, whatever, whichever, whenever. We care-less about the disadvantages and the losses, the consequences and the pains, perils, we will suffer, even if our darest life will go for it, we will not please men and displease our Creator, let it be known to you, o King. Tyranny may seem invincible in its moment of power, casting shadows over truth and justice, but history has shown time and again that no force rooted in oppression can endure. Though tyrants may revel in their temporary victories, believing their might is unshakable, the strength of the human spirit cannot be chained forever. In the quiet resolve of the oppressed, in the rising voices of the many, the seeds of freedom are always sown. Every act of cruelty builds toward their eventual downfall, for tyranny is like a fire—it burns brightly for a while, but inevitably consumes itself, leaving only ashes in its wake. Remaining silent in the face of injustice, simply because it does not affect you today, is a dangerous illusion. Turning a blind eye to the suffering of others, thinking it’s not your fight, only fuels the growth of oppression. Injustice, once allowed to spread unchecked, creeps closer to every doorstep. It does not discriminate forever—it thrives on the complacency of those who remain comfortable. By the time it becomes relevant to you, it may already be too late to act. Silence is not neutrality; it’s complicity. We must understand that an injury to one is an injury to all, and by standing up now, we safeguard not only the freedom of others but also our own. History has shown that ignoring injustice today means inviting it into your life tomorrow. Stand up for justice, stand up for peace, and stand with the oppressed, not the oppressors! Ensure that when your children or grandchildren ask about your actions during a time of injustice, when thousands of innocent children and others were being mercilessly slaughtered with total disregard for human life, you can answer with pride. You can choose to stay silent like many, but your conscience will always remind you otherwise.

THE RESURRECTION OF THE DEAD Daniel 12:2 KJV "And many of them that sleep (die) in the dust (grave) of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life (eternal life), and some to shame and everlasting contempt (eternal damnation). All who had ever died, since decades, centuries and millennials, will come alive. All memories of righteous and unrighteous acts, will come up. We often forget that the souls of all men are immortal: never dying all through eternity. All humans: rich or poor, educated or illiterate, black or white, male or female, married or single, old or young, executive or floor staff, religious or riotous, will come before God, the Creator for final judgement. We won't appear before our CEOs, parents, government, our earthly judges, but before our Maker. Judgement'll come into full effect for all beings. We might've forgotten about them, we might've thought death is an escape route, sadly & truthfully, no, death is an entrance into an endless eternity with God or Devil, Into an eternity of pains, sorrows, tears, wailing, regrets or an eternal life of bliss, joy, happiness & endless rejoice. Whilst we rejoice that some people've been peacefully laid to rest, it sadly turns out they're greeted with anguish, irreparable pains, sorrows & undiminished hunger, thirst & burning, if they died in sin. The greatest loss, is not loss of jobs, incomes, loved ones, opportunity, but a loss in eternity without a second chance. No one should ever be decieved that, securing God's kingdom is based on the percentage of good versus evil: it is an imaginary deception and self-assuming arrangement. No, not at all. Full salvation & cleansing from all known sin, is the way out. It can only be acquired through the divine cleansing offered by the vicarious death of the Saviour. It can only happen whilst we're still alive. It can't happen in the grave; it'll be too late to realise in the grave. After death without salvation, it can only be a dark end, eternal sentence , condemnation, regrets. There & after, wealth won't matter, property acquired won't stand, education obtained won't speak, good works done won't save, all great memories would've disappeared In a jiffy. Will you risk your eternity for anything? Would you be too busy to reconcile with your Maker, whom you will have time to see all through eternity, will you ever be deceived that whatever you do in the secret or open don't count? Will you be brainwashed that your simile good works can eradicate your sinful life? Will you be lost to assume God won't judge sin and sinful practices, in words, thoughts and action? Would you yield, and be cleansed, will you linger till you are suddenly cut off from the earth without a reconcile with your Maker? You and I will be gone all through eternity, from our jobs, families, friends, loved ones, achievements, and will stand before the judgement seat of God: as a victim or victor. Dont be lost forever. Repent, Renounce and Reconcile, NOW

Is Veganism Demonic? Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from foods which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth. 1 Timothy 4:3 Deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons in the last days will tell people to not eat certain things. Forced vegetarianism and veganism are the mark of the last days. • It sees veganism as the ultimate healthy diet. • Those who abstain from meat are of superior quality. • It sees veganism as necessary for spiritual advancement. • It worships nature. • It teaches that it’s wrong to eat animal meat. • It devalues human life to that of animals. • It has ancient roots in both philosophy and religions like Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. Hinduism, Buddhism and certain New Age religions all embrace vegetarianism. God’s original intent is to eat what comes from the ground (Gen 1:29). After the flood God gave humanity permission to eat meat and has never revoked this permission (Gen 9:2-3). Jesus wasn’t a vegetarian. The Bible records Jesus eating fish (Luke 24:42-43) and lamb (Luke 22:8-15). Jesus miraculously fed the crowds fish and bread, a strange thing for Him to do if He was a vegetarian (Mt 14:17-21). Jesus declared all foods, including all kinds of meat, to be clean (Mark 7:19). Jesus, after the resurrection, ate broiled fish (Luke 24:42-43). Paul tells us that we should not force our convictions about this issue on other people or judge them by what they eat or do not eat (Rom 14). In the coming kingdom of Jesus, Isaiah 11:6–9 indicates that the relationship between predator and prey will no longer be operative. The Bible does not command us to eat meat, nor does it prohibit us from eating it. It is a doctrine of demons that departs from God, worships nature, demonizes eating meat, and advocates for veganism as some superior ultimate diet that enhances your spirituality.

I believe that we can create order with our words just with a desire for wisdom. Fearing God is the beginning of knowledge (Proverbs 1:7) and when we put God first and walk in humility, He exalts us (James 4:10). I believe that even when we don’t have a desire to be exalted, because that’s the place we should want to be in, a place of a purified humility, this is the area where His light can shine through us. This is when others will come to know the knowledge of Him. So let’s not glory in our boasting because that is evil (James 4:16). Let’s focus on God’s glory. Let’s focus on His wisdom when we create. We can apply this by creating order, rather a system with our words. God created the world in six days and on the seventh day, He rested. He had a system for creation. When He made man, it was the sixth day and when man enjoyed the first day of living, he did so from God’s rest. Let’s create order from a place of rest. That looks like allowing our trust in the Lord alone to guide us. That looks like trusting in His promises over things going on in our minds. Trust commands rest. It’s in this rest that I want to share with you a new workshop I have taking place at the end of this month called, “Pen and Presence” and I would love for you to join me. IT WON'T HAPPEN OVERNIGHT, BUT IF YOU QUIT IT WON'T HAPPEN AT ALL Joshua 6:3 "And you must go around the city, all you men of war circling the city once. You must do this for six days." God instructed Joshua and the Israelites to march around the walls of Jericho for six days without seeing any immediate signs of progress. Imagine being one of those soldiers, faithfully walking day after day, wondering if anything would actually happen. Sometimes, God asks us to do things that seem pointless or don’t make sense to us at the moment. But just because we don’t see immediate results doesn’t mean that nothing is happening. It requires faith to obey God even when we don't see the outcome. God’s timing is perfect. Sometimes we want things to happen overnight, but God’s plans unfold according to His timeline, not ours. There is a reason behind every delay and every period of waiting. It’s easy to become discouraged and want to quit. But remember, “It won’t happen overnight, but if you quit, it won’t happen at all.” Brethren, we are all on a journey, and there will be times when it feels like we’re circling the walls of Jericho in our own lives. We may not see immediate results, but remember, the promise is in the process. Don’t give up. Keep moving forward in faith and obedience. It won’t happen overnight, but if you quit, it won’t happen at all.Trust in God’s perfect timing, remain persistent in your faith, and you will see the walls in your life come down.
