How can you use questions to develop creativity in participants?
First, ask questions that can help people think differently about their own situation—to realize what they don’t have at the front of their mind or confront what they don’t know. Then flexibility is important. We can bring a great set of questions but we have to be ready to diverge and probe unexpectedly based on the answers and discussion that ensue.
