Definitely an AI article as even the question is one that an education professional would not post. It should never be about the content. If it is your strategy is wrong and should be questioned! The focus of all corporate education is the leaner or end user. It’s about what they can do if you’re in any form of corporate learning. If you are not focusing on outcomes then you don’t have a real strategy.

How can you work under pressure to get promoted in Customer Retention?
First, there in no role or team called customer retention so you can tell the prompt for this was AI generated. If customer retention is something you’re interested in then there are different functions that I see have a huge impact on retention. The functions are Customer Education, Customer Success, Customer Advocacy, and Customer Community. Each function is different in the way they approach retention. All of these functions should have a similar KPI around the retention numbers but the skills and tools are different. You will need to decide which skills you like to use on a daily basis
