“I had the opportunity to meet David a few years before working with him when we served as experts on a panel on leading highly effective BDR recruiting and onboarding efforts with an invite from Steve Richard. When Bonterra acquired Network for Good, I got to work directly with David. He built strong operations and process across all aspects of pipeline gen through closing. His work at NFG was solid and we leveraged some as gold standard across businesses. When he was promoted to VP of Business Development for all of Bonterra, he became my internal customer and thought partner. Together we worked to define competencies for BDRs, refine recruiting processes to support that, overhaul the BDR onboarding program, reduce time to productivity and build an outbound engine from scratch.
