“I had the pleasure of working with Daphne for over three years as a recruiter and team lead under her guidance. Her management style allows for creativity and flexibility of her direct reports while being both supportive and instructional. She championed a collaborative, fun and hard-working team culture and created an office environment that I was proud to be a part of. Daphne is, by far, the best manager I've had in my professional career and her mentoring and friendship directly led to my success while under her supervision. ”

As a long-time WIT volunteer, I have been honored to serve in many roles, culminating in my Presidency during the 2020-2021 fiscal year, a year like no other. Through WIT, I've been able to develop leadership skills, build my understanding of technology platforms and software, engage with hundreds of like-minded women in the DC area and build some lifelong relationships. I have also been honored to serve as the Job Fair Chair and as Board Member at Large - Special Events. I'm thrilled to announce that for the 2024-2025 Fiscal year, I am re-joining the Executive Committee as President Elect. -
