I often hear from our employer partners who are trying to navigate the challenges of hiring early career talent. On November 13, the U.S. Departments of Labor and Commerce unveiled the Skills-First Hiring Starter Kit, a resource designed to help employers adopt skills-based hiring practices and build a more qualified workforce. This initiative was announced during the White House’s Classroom to Career Summit. Key Highlights: 1.
