“We hired Dale on the SDR team. It was a very challenging environment with lots of pressure on the team to perform and drive leads to the sales team. Dale quickly proved himself and he was promoted several times to Sr SDR, Team Lead, and then Manager/acting Director. Dale is goal oriented and possesses a drive that belies his calm demeanor. His outbound persona is composed and engaging with the clients but he works diligently to set himself up for success. His inward persona with the team is collaborative and fun! Best of both worlds. I would definitely try to hire Dale again for any client facing role.”
