There was a lot of optimism and great discussions with my fellow HR executives at the latest New Jersey HR Council meeting. The focus was “Future of Work and Culture.” Some of the takeaways I took with me: • HR execs oversee the most important resources at a company: the people. They need to use their power and influence. • Successful organizations will speak to their people and not just the masses. • Focus on value, not the process.
