How can you foster brand advocacy in your organization?
I can’t add much more than what’s already been said. Every employee at a company should understand their role, both macro and micro, and how that ladders up to the mission, vision and goals. Every employee wants to feel as though they have some skin in the game, which starts with understanding what game is being played and the company’s role. Once they understand this, the rest pretty much takes care of itself, it’s just a matter of arming them with the tools they need to advocate through the lens of their specific area of expertise. This means engineers, research and analytics, data scientists, EA’s, account people, Creatives (understanding that Sales, Marketing/Comms, Executive Leadership is first line of defense and already knows this.
