I recently had the privilege to sit down with Jay Bala who is SVP of Product here at Automation Anywhere to discuss some of the newest capabilities of Process Composer and API tasks. Key Takeaway: As your automation program (and the automations you deliver) continue to mature both in depth and scope (Gen AI, Doc Automation, Human in the Loop, etc), you'll want to start thinking about end-to-end process automation over task automation - and Process Composer is how you can accomplish that. Prompt for Discussion: How have you matured the automations/opportunities you've been delivering? #AutomationAnywhere #GenAI #AAImagine https://lnkd.in/erhxvPZf

enroll ml's Teege Mettille & VP of Data Science Amber Toro-Keech webinar last week, “Harnessing the Power of Machine Learning to Improve Enrollment Management,” highlighted the importance and innovation of feature engineering. Feature engineering transforms CRM data into new, valuable insights by combining, indexing, or comparing features. These new features often provide more critical information for predictive models than the original data, connecting you daily to your students. enroll ml automates this complex process, enabling enrollment teams to leverage advanced insights without needing extensive data expertise. This leads to more precise and effective student identification, enhancing overall enrollment strategies. We not looking to predict your enrollment; we help you impact it in real time with precision and efficiency! https://lnkd.in/g3UDtPgX

As technology changes and evolves rapidly, now is the time to commit to upskilling and learning and development strategies. We are at a critical time in the workplace where growth isn’t just a good idea; it’s imperative. Upskilling is a win for everyone, bringing growth and value to employees while generating productivity and revenue for businesses that help foster employee retention. Upskilling can produce a clear return on investment when done the right way. To evaluate what your organization and your team need the most, you can investigate using this strategy: ▶️ Diagnose - Take an in-depth look at the gap between the goals of your company and the capability of your employees ▶️ Prescribe - Prescribe learning opportunities that are created to address the gap across your workforce ▶️ Treat - Treat the problem in a way that bridges company context and individual needs #Upskilling #LearningandDevelopment #BusinessStrategies

🚀✨ Clarity: The Hidden Superpower of Great Organizations ✨🚀 Every company wants to be the best at something, but few take the time to truly understand what they can be the best at...and just as importantly, what they cannot. 💡🔍 This insight from Jim Collins’ Good to Great hits home in today’s fast-paced, ever-changing business landscape. 🌍⏩ 💡 Clarity isn’t just a lofty vision statement—it’s the foundation of success. “The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek.” 💡✨ Attending SaaStr 2024 in San Mateo for the first time felt like stepping into the unknown, unsure of what I’d find or how it would change me. But wow—what an incredible and transformative experience! 🚀 I had the privilege of connecting with hundreds of amazing companies from the SaaS and tech ecosystem, both from California and across the US. From passionate discussions about design, digital experiences, and truly connecting with users to creating products that have a real impact on people’s lives, every conversation was a treasure of its own. 🎨💻💬 What struck me most is that we all share the same passion and understanding of how vital design and user experience are. It’s not just about aesthetics—it’s about solving real problems, creating meaningful connections, and making people’s lives simpler and better. 💫💖 So grateful for this experience, and for all the treasure I found along the way! 🗝️🏆 #SaaStr2024 #DesignMatters #UserExperience #DigitalInnovation #Grateful #TechCommunity

Workforce activity increased 0.5%, marking the fourth consecutive month of gains, according to the May 2024 UKG Workforce Activity Report. The report is particularly good news for small businesses on Main Street, as smaller organizations outperformed larger organizations in May. https://ukg.inc/4c2zy19

Ready for a mindset shift today? Toward personal fulfillment and peak performance? I sure was and stumbled upon the transformative book "Mind Shift" by Erwin Raphael McManus. Not familiar with him? Neither was I, but now I'm a huge fan. In his book, McManus urges us to foster an attitude of openness, creativity, and purpose, so we can bust through our limits and tap into our full potential. He mixes engaging stories, practical advice, and deep insights to show just how much our mindset shapes our lives. Offering up some seriously useful tips on embracing change, questioning our assumptions, and keeping that growth mindset alive and kicking. Focused on personal transformation and finding fulfillment, "Mind Shift" gives us a clear path for navigating life's challenges by fostering curiosity, creativity, and purpose, empowering us to break free from our comfort zones to unlock our full potential with courage and resilience. It's like having a trusted mentor guiding us through life's twists and turns, enabling us to seize every opportunity and live with passion. Here are my top 5 takeaways from the book: 1️⃣ Embrace Change: McManus emphasizes the importance of embracing change rather than fearing it. He suggests that shifting our mindset from resistance to acceptance of change can lead to personal growth and new opportunities. 2️⃣ Challenge Assumptions: The book encourages us to question our assumptions and beliefs about ourselves, others, and the world around us. By challenging these assumptions, we can break free from limiting beliefs and explore new possibilities. 3️⃣ Pursue Growth: McManus advocates for a mindset of continuous growth and learning. He emphasizes the importance of stepping out of comfort zones and embracing challenges as opportunities for personal development. 4️⃣ Cultivate Creativity: Creativity is highlighted as a key aspect of the mindshift process. McManus encourages us to nurture our creative abilities and explore innovative ways of thinking and problem-solving. 5️⃣ Live with Purpose: My favorite takeaway. McManus underscores the significance of living with purpose and intentionality. He encourages us to align our actions with our values and aspirations, leading to a more meaningful and fulfilling life. This book is a must read. Mind Shift provides practical insights and strategies for cultivating a mindset that fosters personal growth, creativity, and purposeful living. Enjoy!

The measure of a great leader isn’t how nice they are. It’s how much they help you grow. The bosses who shaped my career weren’t unkind or lacking empathy—they cared deeply. But they didn’t sugarcoat things, either. They told me what I needed to fix, not just what I wanted to hear. They called out where I was underperforming and held me to a high standard. Now, as a leader, I strive to do the same. Kindness and empathy are essential, but they’re not enough on their own. People want growth, not just comfort. The leaders we remember are the ones who care enough to challenge us—and push us to improve. #Leadership #Management
