You're facing scope creep in your 3D model design. How can you maintain accuracy and detail?
Before beginning the modeling process, thorough research is crucial to achieve accuracy and time needed to complete. Reference materials are essential, and a comprehensive plan should be made to understand the model and its functionality. Utilizing Photoshop to draw out the polygons can be helpful. It is important to consider the level of detail needed for the model's usage in games or films. Push back professionally if necessary to maintain the quality of the product.

Your team is worried about backlash from an update. How do you address their concerns effectively?
-It's always great to get players feedback. In house or on a live product. It's very important to listen and set your ego aside. It's not personal. Everyone has their opinions and you should atleast give it a consideration. Why not give there idea a try or a block out? Some of the best idea's come from the strangest place. Also keep in mind that people generally give feedback about what's wrong. Not what's right. The things they don't talk about are great so give your self a pat on the back!.

Activities and Societies: Photoshop, Illustrator, Maya, Mudbox, Dreamweaver, HTML5, CSS3, Jquery, PHP, MySQL, Flash, Photography, Drawing, Quark, Typography
I learned so much for college. It was not all just technical. I learned how to work with others and manage my time to hit deadlines. I also learned to be punctual. Also following your heart, I drove 120 Miles a day to attend college. No matter the hardship, there is always a way around it.

Ever since I was young I was an artist. When I had the opportunity to in high school to attend a Vo-Tech graphic arts class I was over joyed. Here I learned the basic principles of color,design and light as well as photography. I also was also taught Photoshop.
