Marc Benioff announced earlier today that Salesforce Help is now using Agentforce - https://lnkd.in/gJVSP8b8 I'm a very heavy user of Salesforce Help and I use the site several times everyday to look through documentation and search for specific inputs. So, I decided to give it a quick try. Here are my unbiased findings (see + and -) + Overall, I love the bold approach by Salesforce to move Help to Agentforce. This is a STRONG MESSAGE that they believe it is the future. + This is truly the Drink Your Own Champagne (or Eat Your Own Dog Food) approach of embracing a platform yourself before you sell it to customers + Some answers were spot on - I'd get the same results with a search on Help Portal - e.g. SLDS Tokens - It is NOT perfect - far from it at the moment but it's a start. - For a start, it's SLOW - in some cases, the response took over 30 seconds. In other cases, it was quick (less than 5 seconds) - Some of the answers were completely out of context (e.g. Latest Release - it returned a reference to 2019) 😥 - It gave up on some questions which I would easily be able to find in documentation (e.g. SOQL limits) - I searched for Architecture Anti Patterns and it gave me LWC related inputs. - It could not tell me which is the latest Salesforce internal release number (252 or 254) - In some cases, I asked for links and it just returned the same inputs as earlier. A reminder that Agents are as good in cases when you feed them well, otherwise it is a GARBAGE IN, GARBAGE OUT engine. - Also, a line by line response similar to how ChatGPT does it - is more pleasing and intuitive user experience vs. just dumping a whole paragraph or several lines of text at once as the output. More from a Salesforce Designers perspective but will definitely help the user experience. Despite all the issues, I still believe this is a huge step in the right direction 👍 . Do you love multi-select picklists?! 🔽☑️☑️☑️ Best field type IMO. And that’s my favorite selling point for Keyplay’s Salesforce integration.🤓 Some details matters. Text area fields are very frustrating when you want to segment and sort your account lists in SFDC. RevOps people know this pain. That’s why I love those picklists. Bigger picture, I’m proud of Keyplay’s SFDC integration for ease of use and speed to setup. Hellooooo rev ops + revVana community. I made another short technical video on how to generate a forecast off of any object in Salesforce using revVana. This example generates revenue and staffing plans from Salesforce Revenue Cloud quotes. You can point revVana to any standard or custom object in Salesforce to process data into a Plan. With this you can aggregate forecasts across multiple revenue streams, be it opportunity pipeline, account run-rate, consumption products, or really anything you have going on in Salesforce.

I listened to Salesforce's Q3 earnings conference call, and there was a lot of excitement in the air! Salesforce has once again expanded its TAM (Total Addressable Market). The market for digital labor is growing rapidly, and Salesforce is positioning itself as the largest provider of digital labor with the Agentforce platform. Marc Benioff described this as the next evolution of Salesforce and the labor force in general. Since becoming available in October, Salesforce has closed 200 Agentforce deals, with thousands more in the pipeline. Agentforce is live on help.salesforce.com, where authenticated users can experience its functionality. The potential implications for Salesforce are significant—not just in terms of support but also from a human resources perspective. Benioff hinted at “rebalancing their workforce,” reducing staff managing the support site while hiring 1,400 new Account Executives in Q4. He also didn’t miss the opportunity to poke at Microsft, saying that they have yet to incorporate their own agents on their websites. Nonprofits are already leveraging Agentforce. For example, College Possible uses the platform to match eligible students with counselors. At Cloud for Good, we frequently discuss new industry clouds, particularly the Nonprofit and Education Clouds. Benioff discussed the value of this “more core” initiative, which involves standardizing Salesforce’s solutions and acquisitions. This strategy is already driving value with Data Cloud, paving the way for greater potential through integration with the agentic layer. Data Cloud Momentum To adopt Agentforce capabilities, organizations need unified data—a requirement that is driving Data Cloud's momentum. Data Cloud was included in 8 of the top 10 wins in Q3 and in one-third of all deals exceeding $1 million. Additionally, Salesforce finalized its acquisition of Own Company, whose data management capabilities will enhance data security and compliance across the platform. Industry and Multi-Cloud Performance Health and Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Automotive, and Energy sectors performed well in Q3, while Retail and Consumer Goods showed more measured results. Multi-cloud adoption also drove growth, with the top 25 deals averaging more than five clouds each. Multi-cloud customers consistently deliver higher spending, lower attrition rates, and significant ARR expansion each quarter. Financial Highlights - Third Quarter Revenue: $9.44 billion, up 8% Year-over-Year (YoY) - Fourth Quarter FY25 Revenue Guidance: $9.90 billion to $10.10 billion, up 7%–9% (YoY) - Full-Year FY25 Revenue Guidance: Raised to $37.8 billion to $38.0 billion, up 8%–9% (YoY) - Operating Margins: GAAP operating margin guidance raised to 19.8%; non GAAP operating margin guidance raised to 32.9% - Operating Cash Flow Growth Guidance: Raised to 24%–26% (YoY)

Low wages... High responsibility... The Salesforce Talent ecosystem needs to start "standing up" and realizing the value they provide to businesses that use Salesforce... Quick Question: Why do you think the Los Angeles Dodgers won the World Series, and the Chicago White Sox "suck"? It's not that hard to figure out... Salesforce Customers: If you want a Salesforce CRM: - That is built that way you envisioned it - That provides actual "Value" to your business - That can scale along with your company - That you have confidence in - That provides an exceptional customer experience - That your users "actually" love to use and adopt - That takes the constant agony, stress and suprises out of the projects and implementations - That impacts your overall investment in about 100 other areas... Then, stop looking for discount talent and partners that have little experience and knowledge and start INVESTING in your Salesforce Platform. Because at some point, possibly in the near future... The Top/Great/Good Salesforce Talent won't be around anymore... And they will move to other technologies that companies actually invest in... And you will be left with a platform that you invested $$$ in, without the "Team" that will win you the equivalent of your World Series... ✌️ My 5 minute thought for the day...
