In my humble opinion, the most effective approach to resolving big challenges is by identifying and implementing solutions for seemingly smaller issues. This method allows for a more manageable and systematic problem-solving process, leading to sustainable, long-term success and overall enhanced productivity. By addressing small issues promptly, organizations and individuals can prevent problems from escalating and can help to create a smoother workflow. For example, I created a simple database in Notion to track client account statuses and follow-ups, as there was no established tracking system, and I found it difficult to stay organized. This tool has helped to significantly improve my workflow and to boost my conversion rates. I also share my tracker template with my mentees, who praise it as essential to their success. Unfortunately, many people tend to overlook or disregard small issues, which can quickly evolve into bigger, complex problems that are harder to resolve. The magic is always in the details ✨️ #productivity #notion #salesforce #workflow

Utilization (oye)! The concept of Utilization can take on different forms, each telling a distinct story. Billable Utilization reflects billable hours, Productive Utilization encompasses all revenue-generating work, and Total Utilization considers available time. These measurements offer insights into resource value, work productivity, and organizational performance, shaping decisions in unique ways. In my most recent post, I've outlined these types of utilization and my thoughts around each and how they can be used to analyze performance. One of my favorite projects? Helping a small business ditch their spreadsheets for a fully automated Salesforce system. Before: ↳ Everything was manual. ↳ Processes took forever. ↳ Team members were overwhelmed. After: ↳ Automation handled the busywork. ↳ Reporting took seconds, not hours. ↳ Efficiency? Doubled. The best part? Watching their team finally focus on growth, not paperwork. What’s the biggest change you’ve made to improve efficiency? #salesforce #salesforceconsultation #consutling #salesforceimplementation

How long have you waited for an update from your internal Salesforce support team? For some of my clients, the answer is shocking: “Years.” ⏳ Why the wait? Tech debt piles up, resources are stretched thin, time is a luxury, priorities are unclear, and communication can break down. Here are a few tips to help you streamline Salesforce updates within your team: Prioritize Requests: Clearly define which updates drive the most value for your business. Focus on what will truly make an impact. Leverage Automation: Use Flows to automate simple updates and free up your admin’s time for bigger projects. Regular Check-ins: Set up brief, recurring syncs between key stakeholders and your admin to ensure tasks are on track and nothing gets lost in the shuffle. Stay Updated on Releases: Salesforce’s seasonal updates are packed with new features that can solve current challenges. Staying current reduces future tech debt. Working with a Salesforce partner can take these tips to the next level, helping you simplify complexity, ensure functionality, and deliver fast, thorough development. Partnering with experts means eliminating frustration and moving forward with confidence. #Salesforce #Consulting #TechDebt #Efficiency #BusinessGrowth
