All it takes is one missed inspection, a variance submittal not documented correctly, or material installed that does not meet plans and specs. Any one issue will cost you schedule time and $$$$. You need a QC Department that is finding potential issues proactively NOT reactively. And then documenting them and managing them to resolution before they become a HUGE man-eating snowball. What I have found in my life is that there is a tendency by the elite to overestimate their ability to conceal their intentions and an under estimation of the public to see through their machinations. This leads those in power to have the impression that they can fabricate without leaving a trace. Examples that come to mind are Hillary Clinton, Adam Schiff, and Nancy Pelosi. However, the list is very long and my examples being prominent Democrats is merely a coincidence. See how it is done? But, seriously, this kind of hubris is all too prevalent. That is, the idea that the vast majority of people are mere putty to be played with. And, while it does appear they can fool most of the people most of the time, they are having increasing difficulty fooling everyone. Their credibility having been forfeited by being caught too many times fibbing. This deduction is relevant in the way the media and politicians have been using misdirection and subterfuge in the reporting of the Hamas-Israel war in Gaza. Two stories emerge from the WSJ today to make the point. First, we have a report from the U.N. that its investigation into "neutrality" violations of its Relief and Works Agency in Gaza reveals it is riddled with Hamas infiltration. In addition to participating directly in Hamas military operations UNRWA has been systematically propagandizing Gazan children with textbooks filled with antisemitic and anti-Israeli propaganda. Israel had long complained about UNRWA being a Hamas front group, but it was not until the October 7th events and employees of UNRWA found to have participated with Hamas in its assault on Israel that the U.N. was moved to do something about it. The push basically was the U.S. and most of Western Europe pausing contributions to UNRWA until Israel's allegations could be investigated. The U.N. apparently believed that mere denial was sufficient to keep donor countries complacent. But. faced with funding cut off, now the U.N. can say how shocked they were by these findings and promise "reform." Secondly, we learn from an Op-ed by Steven Stalinsky, Executive Director of the Middle East Media Research Institute, who is behind the anti-Israel Protests on college campuses. Stalinsky writes "Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis are grooming activists in the U.S. and across the West." These groups have infiltrated the Pro-Palestinian movement and this is clear from how protests morphed from "cease fire" protests into anti-American and antisemitic tirades calling for the elimination of Israel. This radicalization of the protests were the result of the organizers being emboldened by the weak response they have gotten to this point from Biden and the media. He concludes, it is no coincidence that the official statements by Hamas and the major jihadist groups and the protests are nearly identical.

Thread #2: My previous post wasn’t about the specific topic of the VT and NDE requirements and technical details… ✋ Post was about the companies that they are trying to hire local inspectors with all certifications, I.e AWS/CSWIPS plus VT, PT, MT, RT and so on. Do you know that not all companies are providing trainings to get that courses? Despite NDEs, international courses are very expensive though 1,5mln tenge! And valid only for 3 years (AWS with further renewal). And my anxious was that companies are ready to pay only 1mln tenge per shift 28/28 gross! Means very few! And that poor inspector will cover all inspections but for tiny salary 🤏 However, they keep demanding for work experience 10-15 years as welding inspector 😃… Furthermore, some people decided that I am confusing people with “misunderstood” post and provided in-depth analysis “as it is supposed to” 🫴🏻 Concluding my thread #2, companies should be ready to pay at least a fair price/salary for the multitasking inspector! If you want to get the “right” inspector, be ready to give a valuable price 💰🛢️🛫

If I hadn’t found my way to Steel Detailing, I often wonder what path I’d have taken. Would I be a Welder? A Teacher? Managing a Fast Food Restaurant? Or maybe an Auto Mechanic? Here’s the thing: I have tried welding, but I couldn't strike the right arc.. Hats off to all the welders out there, it’s incredible work! and a great welder makes it look like art. Teaching was out because my impatience didn’t make the grade. I do love working on cars, but dealing with greasy hands really grinds my gears. As for fast food, I actually worked in the industry and was even offered a management role. But I turned it down to take my very first Detailing job—a choice that shaped my career. If I hadn’t taken that leap, I’d probably be managing a fast food restaurant today. And there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that—it’s honest, hard work. Steel Detailing has been my calling, but it’s always interesting to think about the “what-ifs.” 💬 Now it’s your turn! OK my AWS wizards... Is it ok to note a weld like this or do you have to have the 1/4" on both sides of the weld NS & FS?? I know I see engineers do this all the time but I always feel like you are supposed to have it on both sides. Anyone know the exact answer? #steel #steeldetailing #welding #AWS

Summary: “FEMA doesn’t provide early warning or a timely mandatory evacuation order. They don’t provide any significant assistance after the storm. They divert huge amounts of resources to foreign nationals without legal justification for being in this country. They shut down the air space to block civilian rescue flights. The Ultimate Ponzi Scheme The way society is structured today what dictates "Choice" more than anything is "Money" who has it and who dosnt. So i hear all the billionaires and corporations are about money well yes on one level they have a mentality of insatiable greed but the bottom line of bottom lines is not about accumulation of money, it's actually accumulation of control via the weapon of money. When you look at this system in all its different expressions and the money system its founded on creating money out of nothing is called credit and charging interest on it ! You go into a bank and say borrow $100k, they don't facilitate the movement of physical items like gold silver or banknotes etc it simply puts $100k into your account called credit that has never, does not and will never exist accept in theory. The bank says for doing that were going to charge you interest and if you don't pay back the principle and the interest on credit then we are going to take your wealth that DOES exist your house, your business, your land, whatever. If you look at this creation of money even in theory when you go to the bank and you get a loan you ask for $100k but your paying back $100k + interest, the interest is never created only the principle and thus by design not accident there is never at any point enough units of exchange ( money ) in whatever form it takes in circulation to pay back all the principle on the debt outstanding and all the interest on the debt outstanding So absolutely included in the banking structure is that people are going to lose their homes, they're going to lose their businesses, because there is not enough money in circulation to pay back all the debt and all the interest on the debt. When you have an expansion of the money supply and you have what you call a boom period what that means simply is there's lots of money theoretically in circulation so there's more to spend on things so companies need to make more things and provide more services because of the demand and with that expansion you can hide that there is not enough money to pay back the debt due to not enough of it in circulation. But when by design they start withdrawing money from circulation like in 2008 ( credit crunch ) banks stopped giving out loans that only existed in theory called credit people COULDN'T service their debt they couldn't pay back their bills and thus it becomes painfully obvious in a recession in a downturn that there is not enough money in circulation to pay back all the interest and the principle on the debt. This is a process that has gone on since banking started where you expand the economy ( people take out more loans are more risk on with their money the good times ) but how the banking system views this as a whole is like the fishing line is going out 🎣 then they start reeling that fishing line back in through contraction of the money supply thus exchanging credit for your real hard asset and wealth !

I honestly hope the Democrats realize how disastrous administrator Kamala proved to be up to the end of her campaign, wasting $2 billion (that was what Lindy Li said: “a 2-billion-dollar boondoggle.”) Do you imagine her being our President? She would have sold our country to China and other countries based on the never-seen astronomical debt that she would have created before the end of her presidential period. On the other hand, we wouldn’t have allowed that to happen. Again, WAY TO GO, OPRAH AND ALL THE BABY-CRYING CELEBRITIES CHARGING MILLIONS OF DOLLARS FOR SHOWING UP FOR A FEW MINUTES IN HER CAMPAIGN! As Lindy Li said, as a nationalized American herself, her family waited in line. They didn’t storm the border, and we needed secured borders; they came through JFK airport (A LEGAL PORT OF ENTRY), and they applied to be American citizens. Being American is a privilege; it’s not a right. Now, I would love her, and millions more leftists would have realized this a lot earlier. We would have saved BILLIONS of dollars, hard times, and headaches by avoiding the INTENTIONAL INVASION OF ILLEGALS pushed by Joe, Kamala, and Alejandro Mayorkas. This is why these three individuals should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law for the gigantic and abominable damage they produced to our country. Kamala, Kamala, Kamala, this is just the beginning of uncovering everything you were capable of doing to stay in power and easily access vast amounts of taxpayers’ money. This is one of the first steps any previous tyrannic governments took: Disarm the people so they cannot defend of their tyranny. I know this because I escaped from the hellhole of Venezuela 22 years ago, and they did the same.
