Looking beyond financial metrics, how do you measure the impact of your revenue strategies on your organization, your employees, and the communities you serve? How do you ensure that this impact aligns with your company’s values?

We’re always looking to better understand our customers at Toast – and we know larger hotel and restaurant brands face unique challenges. New research conducted in collaboration with our partner FreedomPay shows that data security, integration, and growth enablement are top priorities for enterprise brands. In addition to what you’ll find in the report, some unique extra insights from our research show: 53% of enterprise hospitality brands face challenges in deciding where to allocate their technology budgets, highlighting the demand for integrated solutions that offer comprehensive value and support informed decision-making. The biggest factors that contribute to trust in a payment solution/point of sale (POS) provider are the quality of customer support (49%), user-friendliness (46%), reliability (44%), and integration capabilities (44%). Almost all respondents believe data security (100%) and data privacy (98%) are highly important when selecting a payment solution, while most believe growth enablement (82%) and speed (81%) are highly important. Organizations are already implementing a high level of integration between their payment/POS systems and other software systems. Most leaders say they have either fully integrated (15%) or have a very high level (70%) of integration between these systems. Almost all respondents (98%) place strong value on an integrated payment solution Toast and FreedomPay are proud to work with some of the largest hospitality brands in the world to build innovative solutions to these challenges and more. The Airports AI Alliance has just announced its founding members, and Zensors is honored to be included alongside leading #airport authorities and partners such as Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Denver International Airport - City & County of Denver Dept of Aviation, Greater Toronto Airports Authority, NVIDIA, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) We commend the Cities Today Institute for spearheading this initiative and eagerly anticipate collaborating with the alliance members to create a cohesive, predictable, and secure roadmap for #AI adoption. The alliance, aptly described as “airport-driven but industry-inspired,” is organized into three working groups focused on #strategy, #technology, and #airportoperations. Leverage AI where it makes sense. BUT, garbage in, garbage out. Get your data into shape to more effectively leverage these tools. Getting buy-in from hourly employees and GMs can help ensure successful implementation. Be strategic around what your trying to accomplish. Ensure data is clean and that you own it.
