“At Mzinga, I established the baseline UI/UX for our social media products, and Moah took that baseline and extended it into new product offerings and options. In that regard, her work was astounding. If I established the foundation, she built profound UI/UX atop that work. I was especially blown away by her work on admin interfaces, where she took several areas of complex functionality and boiled them down to extremely simple, engaging and aesthetically pleasing interfaces. Moah is the consummate UI/UX next-generation professional. I strongly recommend this highly talented individual and look forward to our next opportunity to work together.”

How to turn a paywall into a cash windfall
The Next Web
A few weeks after releasing Boomerang for Gmail to the world, we started receiving inquiries from our users asking how they could donate some money or “tip us” in appreciation of our hard work. We also heard from users who insisted they wouldn’t rely on a free tool as part of their email workflow — after all, free tools disappear all the time!

Technology and the Opening of Myanmar
a16z Podcast
After years of being shut off to the world — Myanmar is opening itself up. Not just across physical borders, but also the digital. What happens when the vast majority of a population suddenly has access to a cell phone, not to mention Facebook? How is technology manifesting itself in the media, in the economy and in the education of a population eager to use the tools it suddenly has access to? What can Myanmar teach the rest of the world about the opportunities that arise, and potential…

How is technology manifesting itself in the media, in the economy and in the education of a population eager to use the tools it suddenly has access to? What can Myanmar teach the rest of the world about the opportunities that arise, and potential pitfalls, when a wave of new technology crashes down?
