What an honor to join #pattydavis and her bajillion listeners on the #spiritspeakers podcast, discussing the Neuroscience of Spiritually.  I’ve always been fascinated by the intersection point between human experience and science, and we explored this realm from about 50 angles during this conversation. The American Psychological Association's latest Work in America report highlights a crucial link: psychologically safe workplaces may be key to AI adoption. However, the premise that individual effectiveness is possible without systemic intervention is what is flawed. Individual, group and organisational level effectiveness go hand in hand in OD. Coaching owes (like DEI does) much to the OD practice. Atomisation of the practice is harmful. It's like the lobotomy of the brain. Differentiation has a shadow or functional opposite : integration. Unfortunately the assembly of lobes is insufficient for the brain to function. Synthesis between lobes makes it effective. Allon Shevat

Here’s a quick litmus test to see if you have a healthy culture: can your workforce recite your values? Our most recent research revealed that companies with very toxic cultures are three times more likely to say “no” versus those with healthy cultures. Don’t get me wrong.
