How can you find new clients as a UX freelancer?
Referrals are key and don't be afraid to ask your existing clients for suggestions on other people they have in their networks they might know who need your help. This is a good way to solicit feedback from your existing customers and make sure they'd be willing to recommend you to others which is essentially an industry standard method of judging the quality of your work. But word of mouth referrals in this space tend to be the most effective lead sources to close new customers.

How can you track progress and stay on schedule in E-Commerce project management?
Everything comes down to how you track the efficacy of your project and the changes you're working on. Make sure you have the site and features instrumented on your site in a way where a) you can track accurately b) you can test effectively and c) you can report your findings in a way that effectively conveys your impact. These sound basic (they are) but they can be hard to get right without the right tooling and up front work. Try using feature flag tools like launch darkly and others to provide the right framework and infrastructure to track and roll out projects effectively.

Cracking Security Misconceptions
O'Reilly Publishing
All organizations—from small, owner-operated businesses to large, multinational corporations—own data worth stealing and are potential, and even likely, targets for an attack. If you’re ready to take security seriously, you need to involve everyone in the company, including security and non-security professionals alike. This report provides you with an accurate picture, rather than conjecture or half-truths propagated by the media.
