“I had the pleasure of working with Andrea for a year at UC Health, and came to rely on her as a source of keen insights and radical candor. Andrea is a true giver -- she regularly took on additional projects to increase efficiencies and develop new procedures in the department. She asked thoughtful and critical questions, keeping a pulse on our industry's best practices and trends. These traits, along with her strong attention to detail, make Andrea an asset to any marketing and communication team.”

How do you explain Public Relations theories to clients?
This all comes down to three things—think, feel, do. 1. What do you want your key pubic to think? 2. What do you want your key public to feel? 3. What do you want you key public to do? Wrapped up in those three questions are many elements of communication/persuasion theory and from there you can design message and channel strategy. But starting there always anchors my internal clients as to why what we do must be rooted in theory and a core understanding of your key public(s).

I served as "chief storyteller" for the Young Professionals Choral Collective (YPCC), one of the most innovative YP organizations in the TriState, for two years and launched the organization's first overarching communications and marketing strategy. YPCC unites singers 21-45 to make beautiful music, patron local businesses and enjoy Cincinnati's vibrant arts scene. See more at www.ypccsing.org.
