Benchmarkit dropped its 2024 B2B SaaS survey, check it out! Confirms what many of the SaaS founders told me in a tough 2023: shrinking growth rates, tougher NRR environment, and lower "magic numbers". I think the most interesting data companies are super niche verticals. Go deep vertically before you go horizontal. Something random like- Rubber pricing and demand. Insights on the automotive industry have always been in high demand. Deep insights into the storage facility space. A market that has publicly traded companies or a futures contract is where I see the biggest upside. What are some of your favorite companies with deep sector or industry specific datasets. I think J.D. Power is interesting. Aggregate Intelligence, Inc. is another one with a bunch of super specific industry datasets.

I urge anyone that is in charge of their firms GTM strategy and tactics (ESPECIALLY you, any SaaS business of any size) that needs more website traffic and a higher Google ranking to take a look at @FlareAI. For all companies, your pricing strategy dictates your sales channels. Let's take B2B SaaS Companies. A path for my fellow vertical saas builders to increase value & prices If you’re also building vertical saas, you’re in one of the best spaces to add AI to your feature set and increase prices. Not only customers are looking to you they are also desperate to integrate AI into their workflows. Vertical saas companies have always had a natural way of increasing prices by expanding their feature set (e.g. building in adjacent areas like marketing and fintech). AI has accelerated this and made it even easier. Not just because these vertical saas players are becoming #verticalai companies by replacing core business functions, but because their customers feel an intense urgency to integrate AI into their operations. The first place customers turn to are their saas providers. My favorite observation? Vertical SaaS companies don’t need deep in-house expertise to build these capabilities to start off. They can leverage white-labeled solutions to move fast, iterate, and increase ACVs without massive internal overhead.

don't try to summarize all 19 products. don't try to cast some vague brand message. list three crystal clear use cases. give a reference point. meet prospects where they are. don’t be afraid of people (temporarily) thinking you’ve a simpler product than you really have #productmarketing
