“I have had the opportunity to work with Adam on several key efforts at Symantec and NortonLifeLock. Adam has an incredibly sharp mind coupled with a can-do attitude and has his finger on the pulse when it comes to understanding customer psychology and creating simple but highly effective end-user messaging, he's the go-to person when it comes down to launching new concepts for the very first time which we had the pleasure of doing time and time again and dare I say it, to considerable success and fanfare. Adam partnered with product management closely in helping shape future functionality releases, two that come to mind, were VPN and then again Cybersecurity where his timely interventions were based upon observed user research, focus groups, CRM and Web behavioural data, and prior learnings led to successful outcomes. His knowledge is deep, but he doesn't wield it unnecessarily. Adam is an outspoken marketing maestro who always finds a way to overcome objections and routinely thinks outside the box to come up with unique storyboards that address the key Jobs-to-be-Done.”
