At XL, giving back is an essential part of who we are. This holiday season, our team came together to make a difference in several meaningful ways. We hosted two bike builds: one for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Silicon Valley and another for Sacramento Regional Builders Exchange / Construction Industry Education Foundation (SRBX/CIEF) for Contractors Caring for Kids, assembling bikes for children in need. We also participated in the Family Giving Tree, providing gifts to brighten the holidays for those in need. Additionally, we collaborated in Oakland to assemble hygiene kits for the unhoused, which were distributed by 100 Black Men Of The Bay Area, Inc.. None of this would have been possible without the incredible support of our partners and the organizations we worked with. Thank you for helping us spread the magic of the holiday season and build stronger communities together! #BuildToImproveLives #CommunityEngagement
