Last week, our ECT 1s attended their face-to-face Module 2 Seminar 2, focusing on building well-organised mental models. Check out these fantastic comments from our ECTs and their feedback on the seminar. Thank you to our amazing facilitators who deliver such great seminars. "Lots of examples used across the school. We could take these back with us to refer to for retrieval quizzes." "Great analogies and time to discuss with other ECTs. I also liked the ice breaker." "Excellent as always. Always a great reinforcement of classroom practice."

📅 Reminder: Progress Review Deadline – Friday, 20th December! Don’t miss the deadline for submitting completed progress reviews. We’ll be reviewing and providing feedback on all reports as they come in. ⚠️ Tip: ECT Manager has occasionally timed out while reports are being written. To avoid losing your work, be sure to save your comments regularly. Alternatively, induction tutors may find it helpful to draft their comments in a Word document first, then copy them into the ECT Manager online form at their convenience. #ProgressReview #ECTManager #TeacherInduction #TeacherDevelopment #DeadlineReminder
