Leaders/managers/CEOs just DON’T do enough of this 🤦🏽♀️🫠 I recently had the absolute privilege of hosting a workshop for the Platinum Group of the Women Presidents Organization, a group of incredible leaders running highly successful businesses. What struck me most wasn’t just their accomplishments (which are honestly extraordinary) but it was instead how down to earth, kind, and inclusive they all were. I led my signature well-being workshop in the morning and at dinner later that day, I found myself learning so much from them. Their humility, openness, and willingness to share their insights was so wonderful. Kindness in business often feels underrated, but these women proved it’s a superpower for: - collaboration - building trust - creating an environment where everyone can thrive (because yes, we can all win!) Here’s to leading with both strength and kindness. On that note, a huge shout out to my dear friend Chandani Radia Bola of 13+ years who spoke my name in a room full of opportunities.
