Our team is excited to announce that we are providing architectural design services for the 115,000 SF industrial facility, Crossroads at Surprise, located in Surprise, AZ. This facility will feature a 130 ft truck court, 11 grade-level loading doors, 12 dock-high loading doors with knockouts for 13 more, 32-ft clear height and 132 parking spaces.
