Adding a mezzanine over an existing office area can be complicated. In an effort to always improve our construction methods, we tried a new resinous decking system from Panel Built, Inc. Check out the results on this project for BBQ Island – we will definitely be using this system again.

It was a beautiful day for a groundbreaking. Our team at Sun State Builders had shovels in hand to begin construction on a 114,495-square-foot industrial building for The Widewaters Group. We were also joined by Ware Malcomb, Colliers, Skip Hall and Transwestern to mark the start of this project. Stay tuned for updates on this ground-up build targeted for completion in September 2025.
