HIRING: Full-time Disciplinary Counsel position with the Utah Office of Professional Conduct. Disciplinary Counsel investigates allegations of lawyer misconduct and prosecutes cases at the administrative and state court levels. Applicants must have a law degree, be admitted to practice law in Utah, and have strong research, writing, and organizational skills. The position requires the ability to manage a large caseload. Experience with investigations and administrative rules and hearings is preferred. A background in attorney ethics and civil litigation is a plus. Salary will be commensurate with experience. There is an excellent benefits package (including health, dental, life insurance and 401k) and the potential for a hybrid work schedule.
