Each gift was thoughtfully prepared to bring joy and love to our "Grandparents," reminding them that they are cherished and never forgotten. The newly renovated and expanded Oconee Hall at Tri-County Technical College serves as a landmark for the main campus in Pendleton, SC. Now featuring modern classrooms, collaborative spaces, a rooftop terrace, and a faculty neighborhood, this building was designed to inspire learning and foster community. Oconee Hall is a reflection of TCTC’s commitment to student success and we are honored to have been a part of this collaborative project. Today’s #TransformationTuesday is in Charleston, SC, where our team has been hard at work on The Waterfront Phase 3, a project featuring two buildings with three stories of condominiums, totaling 30 luxury residences! The condominiums will range in size from 1,300 - 2,400 square feet. The buildings will share a courtyard and are just moments away from the water! We love how this project is coming together! 🎄 “A perfect Christmas usually involves our busyness being interrupted by someone’s need.” 🎄 Our team took a break from the hustle and bustle to give back to the community by volunteering at Harvest Hope Food Bank. Together, we packed an incredible 924 backpack food bags! These bags ensure children have meals over the weekend, providing much-needed support for families during this season of giving. A big thank you to Katie McCoy for organizing and to everyone who came out to help! We’re so proud of our team and can’t wait to return to beat our record.

Join us in welcoming Travis Todd to ShareBuilt as our new board member!  As a Principal at Thomas & Hutton, Travis leads the Nashville office and brings over a decade of expertise in land development, infrastructure, and community-focused projects. A licensed Professional Engineer with a Civil Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University, he’s known for his leadership in multi-family, mixed-use, and public sector developments. His passion for shaping stronger communities extends beyond his work in the AEC industry, as he’s also actively involved with organizations like the Urban Land Institute and Transit Now Nashville.
