This innovative research aims to develop and characterize pacemakers made from human pluripotent stem cells. These pacemakers could revolutionize treatment by offering a more natural and long-lasting solution to pediatric patients in need of cardiac pacing. Your donation will directly support advancements like this, driving innovation and bringing hope to countless families. Together, we can help shape the future of pediatric heart care. Every 15 minutes in the United States, a baby is born with a congenital heart defect (#CHD). That means that within the 24 hours of #GivingTuesday alone, 96 new babies will face heart defects. And while CHDs are the nation’s most common birth defect, research in this area is drastically underfunded. That's why The Children’s Heart Foundation is dedicated to raising money to fund research that saves lives. ❤ Help fund the research breakthroughs of tomorrow with a donation today: https://lnkd.in/ggYN3NS7 Special thanks to Shelby K studio for this video footage, and to Dr. Bradley Marino.
