Last week, we launched Suntory Bar at Itō Restaurant in Sydney, a one-week takeover where guests were invited to explore Suntory’s rich history while enjoying Japanese food and drink traditions, with featured artwork by Kentaro Yoshida. In partnership with acclaimed chef Khanh Nguyen of King Clarence and the hospitality experts at Itō, guests were treated to a four-course menu, blending tradition with modern flair, designed to complement specially curated Suntory highball cocktails and signature Suntory beverages. This milestone pop-up marks 125 years of Suntory’s leadership in drinks culture, bringing renowned spirits like the House of Suntory, -196, Jim Beam, Canadian Club, Maker’s Mark, Laphroaig and BOSS Coffee to visitors from across the globe.
