For over 50 years, we have powered F-15 and F-16 missions. Between Pratt & Whitney's F100 engine, Raytheon's tactical radar technology and Collins Aerospace's Joint Helmet Mounted Cueing System, our team ensures the success and safety of each operation. These products are just three of the more than 120 products we contribute to the two military aircraft and their variants. The ability to learn from failure is important in every stage of a person’s career. The CyberKnights, a FIRST robotics team, faced setbacks after a poor early competition but rebuilt their robot in just nine days with the encouragement and support of their mentor, Scott Polverari, senior director, RTFlight at RTX. FIRST, our Connect Up strategic partner, challenges students to strengthen problem-solving and collaboration skills by building competition robots, with RTX employees mentoring around 500 teams worldwide. Today, and every day, we’re celebrating RTX mentors, like Scott, and other employee volunteers during #NationalMentoringDay. Learn how we are advocating for lifelong learning and the importance of mentoring the next generation of our future workforce: https://rtxcorp.co/3YBoS5O
