Rialto’s 2024 Florida Universities Case Study Challenge   This fall, Rialto Capital hosted our inaugural case study challenge for Florida universities. Over 80 students participated representing Florida International University, Florida State University, University of Florida, and University of Miami. The top two teams from each university were invited to our headquarters to present their case studies in the final competition. The winning team – Eric Minsky and Jordi Triulzi from UF - were awarded a trophy, gift cards and swag to commemorate the experience and were offered interviews. We thank all participants and their universities, as well as our senior leaders who presented and judged the competition while sharing their knowledge, feedback, and encouragement - Libby Kislak, Brian Klein, Illeanne Rukes, Niral Shah, Tom Skoko and Yihuan Zhang. Special thanks to our Analysts and Sr. Analysts who played a key role in structuring the case study and evaluating submissions - Alex Azar, Miles Choromanski, Gabe Davenport, Blake Feder, Spencer Franzman, Nicole Gaviria, and Caleb Harper. We can’t wait for the next one!

Rialto’s Fall 2024 Collegiate Tour Our traditional fall campus recruitment season was a success! Rialto continues to focus on direct student outreach and partnerships with university development staff and faculty across top schools in the nation. Associates from our Asset Management and Investment Management teams partnered with HR to represent Rialto at 13 career fairs including an HBCU consortium. We thank all those who contributed to building our talent pipeline this fall!

Rialto Celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month! Rialto Associates Volunteer Time to Support MUJER, Inc.   Rialto Pays It Forward! Miami Associates volunteered to prepare tote bags containing hygiene essentials provided to victims as MUJER responds to hospital and/or on-scene crisis situations. MUJER (Mujeres Unidas en Justicia, Educación, y Reforma or Women United in Justice, Education, and Reform) is a comprehensive One-Stop Domestic Violence and Sexual Violence Center that provides a holistic approach to heal and protect the safety and well-being of victims of domestic and sexual violence.”

Rialto Associates & Family Members Volunteer at His House Children’s Home Rialto Pays It Forward! Our team of 63 Miami Associates and family members unpacked and assembled new desks donated by Rialto, decorated classrooms, packaged welcome kits, and painted a beautiful and inspiring mural at His House Children's Home.

Rialto Associates & Family Members Volunteer at Feeding America Food Banks Rialto Pays it Forward! Our team of 45 associates and family members in Miami and Las Vegas sorted through over 10,000 pounds of donated food, resulting in over 15,000 packed meals delivered to the community through Feeding South Florida® and Three Square Food Bank.

Rialto Associates & Family Members Volunteer to Care for the Environment Rialto Pays It Forward! Our team of 97 Rialto Associates and family members in Florida and California volunteered their time to clean up beaches and shorelines in City of Dania Beach, Florida, Historic Virginia Key Beach Park, FL, Tampa Bay, FL, and Venice Beach, CA, resulting in the collection of over 200 pounds of litter and ocean debris.
