Our time at #RCAEXPERIENCE was nothing short of transformative. Alongside our friends from Georgia Power and our new partners from Clark Atlanta University, we’ve delved deep into the heart of innovative education. We’ve witnessed firsthand the magic that happens when high expectations meet engaging classroom environments. From the pulsating energy of music-infused lessons to the power of movement in learning, we’ve seen how dynamic teaching methods can ignite a passion for knowledge in our students.

Hey Everyone! And just like that, we have several organizations that have signed on to support the 1,000 Ties Collection Drive for National Tie Month. Each group has committed to collect at least 50 ties to support CMSD scholars and beyond at the 6th Annual 1,000 Ties Gentlemen's Summit (2-8-2025). @highlight @followers Shout out to: CODE M Magazine, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Exciting news! Profound Gentlemen is proud to announce our first HBCU partnership with Clark Atlanta University! This groundbreaking collaboration marks a significant milestone in our mission to support and empower male educators of color. We’re thrilled to extend our impact to the prestigious CAU campus! Leading the charge as our Champion is Derrick Mosley, a dedicated CAU Doctoral student. With his passion for education and commitment to diversity and inclusion, Derrick is set to inspire and guide our growing community of gentlemen. We’re honored to have the expertise of Dr. Michael J. Seaberry as our Advisor and Dr. Douglas as Co-Advisor. Their combined insights and experience will be invaluable in shaping our initiatives at CAU. Coming off a great holiday week, in reflection of a great field of energy I was able to be a part of at #NABSE24. As a vendor representing Profound Gentlemen, I had the incredible opportunity to connect with passionate educators, thought leaders, and advocates who are all dedicated to transforming the future of education. From meaningful conversations at the vendor table to inspiring words from some of the most dynamic speakers in the field, this conference reminded me why our mission is so vital. Hearing the stories and solutions shared by this community fuels the work we do every day to uplift and retain male educators of color. Center for Black Educator Development owes us nothing! #BMEC2024 was POWERFUL! I had a chance to go and be with my brothers from Profound Gentlemen. We sent 33 guys here and my session on Four Cultures for Black Boy Joy and Black Girl Magic was soooooooo well received!
