Earlier this fall, we launched our SoCap Soirée series with Equitable, and it was nothing short of inspiring. Students had the unique opportunity to connect with professionals across multiple departments—HR, Accounting, and more. These interactions are the heart of our SoCap programming. It’s more than just networking; it’s about giving students real, tangible access to career pathways. One of our students even received personalized interview prep for a role at the company—a perfect example of how these connections drive success. This is why GardHouse is crucial. GardHouse is gearing up to find the next group of rising stars, and we need 20 more individuals to help identify the best talent for our upcoming cohort.    Here's the deal: - During Round 2 of interviews, you'll hop on Zoom with a student who’s already made it through the first screening. - Spend just 25-30 minutes chatting with them about their pre-screen responses and personal statements in a private breakout room. - Don't worry about a thing—GardHouse has got you covered with all the resources and materials you’ll need. - After your conversation, you'll fill out a quick feedback form to help us decide who moves forward to Round 3.
