Dianne Grossman, the founder of Mallory’s Army Foundation (MAF), provided the keynote address at the 21st Annual Anthony R. Braig Conference on Youth Firesetting. Dianne’s message was, “WORDS MATTER,” and she shared the painful loss of her 11-year-old daughter Mallory to suicide after she faced relentless bullying at school and on social media from a group of classmates. Diane redirected her pain into passion as she worked to educate parents, school administrators, and others on the subtle signs that a child may exhibit when suffering from bullying and how to address it before tragedy strikes. Visit: https://mallorysarmy.org/ for resources to assist with anti-bullying, depression, suicide, and loss. Tip: Download the APP “Stop It” to report bullying anywhere.
