Neighborhood Lending Partners, Inc.

The Board of County Commissioners of Orange County has approved an agreement with Neighborhood Lending Partners to manage its Affordable Housing Homeownership Program. The County has allocated $3.5 million of non-federal, non-State funds for the construction of new homes. Surplus lands were given to not for profit agencies to build homes for eligible families. We are really excited to work with the County on this program, and I am real excited to manage this program for NLP.

Neighborhood Lending Partners has signed an agreement with the Macon-Bibb County, Georgia, Affordable Housing Fund to consult with them on rental services. NLP will underwrite and perform compliance monitoring for the fund, the 4th largest city in Georgia. They have seeded this program with $7.5 million in ARPA funds.
