I had a disturbing situation with one of my employees... Some of you know that NeedleFinder Recruiting has returned to the office on a hybrid flexible schedule. I asked our barker-in-chief to come in today for the first time. He came in and started crying after only 30 minutes in the middle of a client call that he wanted to go home and then passed out in the corner. I will not be asking him to come back in...
