    Human Resources Generalist

I’ve found that small gestures can go a long way. 🎁 For us, Fridays have turned into a highlight. Shout-outs, recognition, and simple gestures go a long way toward boosting morale, even when we’re spread across time zones. Having a tool like Awardco has made this so much easier. It enables us to celebrate wins and say thank you in a way that feels meaningful. What’s been surprising is how much these moments resonate with the team. Whether it’s giving someone a shout-out or seeing how people light up when they’re recognized. ✨ Working remotely has its perks, but as a Human Resource Generalist, I know how important it is to keep everyone feeling connected and appreciated. If you’re part of a remote team, finding ways to build these kinds of rituals can really bring people together. It’s been a huge shift for us! ❤️

  • What if your LinkedIn ad budget ran 24/7? And you didn’t have to check on your campaigns every five minutes. David Zeledon from Writer handed over LinkedIn bidding to Bid Agent and saw 60% more leads. How it works: → Analyzes past campaign data → Predicts outcomes to fill in gaps → Finds the right bid, so you don’t waste time managing it → Keeps you on budget → Runs all day, every day More time for creativity. More focus on strategy. Full release drops in January. Stay tuned.

  • You don’t need a hefty budget to experiment. According to Jason Barbato, sometimes all it takes is a fresh perspective and a willingness to try something new. 1 — Carve out a small slice of your existing budget. ↳  Even a tiny portion set aside for testing can yield valuable insights without disrupting your main campaigns. 2 — No paid budget? Test outside of ads: ↳ Website: Try different CTAs, tweak your navigation, play with pop-ups or offers. ↳ Landing Pages: Experiment with headlines, layout, and content. ↳ Emails: Test subject lines, adjust send times, change up your format or cadence Hear how you can work what you already have 👇
