Mattamy’s Alberta Division recently hosted its first Sustainability Cup 🏆, an internal competition where six teams, made up of various functions, collaborated to design and construct the most energy-efficient wall. The overall goal was to enhance creativity and teamwork in alignment with Mattamy's Net Zero goals. Without Mattamy’s long-standing co-op program, we might have missed out on emerging talent like Matthew, now Sustainability Manager for Mattamy’s Raleigh Division. “I joined Mattamy during the final months of my graduate program in Forest Biomaterials,” Matthew shares. “Mattamy's co-op program allowed me to get familiar with the role and the company in a low-pressure environment. Lisa began her career at Mattamy 19 years ago, starting on the Accounts Payable team.
