Meet Natacha Sexton. Natacha started her career at Lennar as a contracted Billing Analyst. She was quickly hired on as a full-time Associate as a Data Analyst for the Lennar Technology Group Mobility team in 2014. She was then promoted to System Admin for Web, Mobile, & Desktop Platforms shortly after. In this role, she orders devices for new Associates, configures the devices, and assists in troubleshooting for Associates across the country. More recently, Natacha was promoted to Systems Engineer II, Digital Workplace. Natacha loves Lennar’s commitment to giving back. Each year, she is an ambassador for the Dolphins Cancer Challenge (DCC). She assists in handing out race packets and t-shirts and raises funds for cancer research. Natacha is an active promoter of the DCC and other Lennar Foundation initiatives. Natacha is always willing to take on new challenges and puts other Associates first. She is a true asset to the Lennar Technology Group. Congrats, Natacha! Fun Fact – Natacha has a love of drag racing. She has been racing since she was 18 years old and loves working on cars. Her dream truck is a Ford Raptor.

Lennar’s Phoenix Division has proudly partnered with Child Crisis Arizona for over 12 years, supporting their mission to ensure “Safe kids…Strong families.” This year, Lennar Phoenix donated funds and participated in several volunteer events, including a diaper drive that collected over 30,000 diapers and 19,000 wipes, and an annual Trunk-or-Treat event for children in need. Additionally, the team joined a holiday party for foster families and made blankets to donate. Lennar Phoenix is committed to continuing this meaningful partnership in the years to come!

Today, we are highlighting Lennar’s Bay Area Division and their efforts at Shepherd's Gate in Livermore, CA. Throughout the year, the team participated in multiple volunteer events, including a spring and fall Clean Up Day, and a “Holiday Stocking Drive.” Partnering with Shepherd's Gate, an organization that has served over 11,000 women and children escaping abusive situations, the Division ensured 27 children in the program received stockings filled with toys, books, and snacks during the holidays. The goal was to spread joy and create lasting memories for these families. Great job, Bay Area!

Lennar’s Austin Division exceeded expectations this year for their Focused Acts of Caring by choosing to work with a number of organizations. The team spent time cooking meals for families staying at the Ronald McDonald House, processing and distributing food donations for the Central Texas Food Bank, and fundraising for HomeAid Austin’s Builder for Babies campaign. In addition, the Division also completed their fourth tiny home at Community First Village and partnered with Helping a Hero to complete a home for a wounded veteran. Lennar Austin went above and beyond this year! Incredible work!

The Lennar Central Valley Division, located in Fresno, California, partnered with CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), an organization that trains volunteers to advocate for the most critical cases of neglected foster children in the community. The team was able to support the charity in several ways, from hosting events such as Splash, held in an outdoor waterpark, and more. Overall, the goal was to spread awareness and create an amazing memory for each family. Great job, Central Valley!
