How do you deepen your own awareness about how you show up in the world and especially in the workplace? I've used different techniques through the years, including therapy, meditation, professional education, and coaching. All of these have brought forward different parts of my personality. Are you looking to increase your effectiveness? Maybe you need help with navigating the increasingly unpredictable workplace or working relationships. I can help you with the iEQ9 Enneagram for Professionals assessment. Ranging from 1-3 coaching sessions after taking the assessment, we can work together in understanding who you are and how you show up in the world. Here's an overview of this assessment and my own experience. DM if you are interested. #coaching #personalawareness #enneagram #ieq9enneagram #newyearnewyou

Veterans' Day has always been special to me. My family has a long history of military service, including my father in Vietnam. As we move into this week of remembrance, please join me in celebrating our veterans. For the veterans in our Western North Carolina community, thank you for your service and commitment to our safety. Here's me with my parents and brother. Happy Veterans' Day!

Loftis Partners has been in full hurricane relief mode for October 2024. Thank you to my amazing clients for allowing this to happen. Here's a brief look into the last 30 days since Hurricane Helene hit Western North Carolina. It's not been easy. I am forever changed. I'm serving as the interim Executive Director at Feeding Avery Families in Newland, NC. This video is a small reflection of the amazing work. Keep following me here and on our Instagram page (@loftispartners) for regular updates from Western North Carolina. #averystrong #averycountync #disasterrelief #hurricanehelene #wncstrong

It’s been three weeks since Hurricane Helene hit our region. For locals who are employing others right now, remember to take care of yourself and each other. This is meaningful and tough work. #averystrong #wncstrong #hurricanehelene #employeerelations #employeewellness #disasterrelief

I live in Avery County, NC - one of the hardest hit areas from Hurricane Helene. I've seen things that make we want to crumble in despair. However, I have also witnessed a community coming together to take care of each other and rebuild as one. If you are looking for ways to help my region, then visit this website. I encourage financial donations to these groups so our community can plan for the future. Thank you for supporting Western North Carolina. We need you. #averystrong #wncstrong #hurricanehelene #disasterrelief

Hello, friends! I am taking a break from Loftis Partners this week so I can solely focus on leading Feeding Avery Families. Please know that I will try to return emails and get consulting work going again next week. Thank you for your patience.
I wish I could record everything I've seen, heard, and experienced since Hurricane Helene hit Western North Carolina last week. It is complete devastation up here. This article highlights what we are experiencing in our county right now. Thankfully, we heard tonight that all elementary children have been found and safe. I've been working nonstop at Feeding Avery Families since Sunday. We are working with the Avery County government and federal emergency crews to supply food to everyone, even the most remote areas. I've never thought disaster relief would be part of my resume, but here we are. Thank you to those who have donated. Thank you to our AMAZING volunteers, both returning and new ones. Thank you for your prayers. I am so grateful for this community. We still need your help. Right now, I am trying to distribute food to every house in Avery County (population of 16,000 people) so each home can become a food hub for neighbors in the coming weeks. Many people can't afford or find the gas to drive into town for more supplies. Please consider donating to Feeding Avery Families, where I am the interim Executive Director right now. We need your help. #ncmountains #averystrong #emergencyrelief #hurricanehelene #westernnc #supportwnc #wncstrong
