  • Strategic networking is one of the keys to women leaders reaching their full potential. But not all networks are created equal. While a recent Kellogg article highlights how women need different types of networks than men, IMO it doesn’t emphasise one crucial factor enough: networking is STRATEGIC when it’s aligned with leadership and career goals. Close-knit circles of friends are valuable for support, but they can also create echo chambers, limiting opportunities for growth and new insights. Women need expansive, strategically diverse networks that span industries and perspectives to truly advance in leadership roles. Challenge yourself: Is your network expansive enough to advance your career and your organisation? #Leadership #WomenInLeadership #NetworkingIsWorking https://buff.ly/4iwQmBn

  • Are You Ready to Upgrade Your Leadership in 2025? December is the perfect time to Stop. Breathe. Reflect. As we close out the year, it’s your chance to pause, take stock of your wins and challenges, and reset for the year ahead. At Lead to Soar, we believe this reflection is essential for ambitious women leaders who want to reach their full potential. Inspired by McKinsey’s “Upgrade Your Personal Operating Model” article, we’re challenging you to rethink how you approach four key drivers of leadership success: ➡️ Priorities – What matters most, and what can you let go of? ➡️ Roles – Are you focusing on the work only you can do? ➡️ Time – Does your calendar reflect your goals? ➡️ Energy – Are you nurturing your well-being to be your best self? In our latest article, we explore how leaders can reflect on and recalibrate their Personal Operating Model (POM) to stay sharp, effective, and impactful. Just like a phone or laptop needs updates, so do you! This December, give yourself the gift of intentional reflection and prepare for a stronger, sharper, more focused year ahead.
